Approaching thirty, I started to notice the first signs of aging. Fine lines, fatigued skin, hair loss, and brittle nails. Due to my scientific background, I knew that creams or topical treatments wouldn't solve the problem, so I focused on finding a more holistic approach to my beauty and health care.

I wanted to nourish my skin and hair from within. After trying many nutricosmetic products on the market, I realized that most of them were pills with very poor formulas that were also difficult to swallow and maintain continuity with. I put in the effort to research and find bioactive compounds that would truly help me. I studied scientific publications on the subject and managed to find the most effective bioactive compounds against aging. I started taking 10 grams of marine collagen every day with hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10, vitamins A, B, C, E, and minerals like zinc, copper, and selenium, and within 4 weeks, my skin was firmer and significantly more hydrated and acne-free.
