Although our General Conditions may change, they do not do so frequently. Therefore, it is advisable to read and review them regularly. If you do not agree with them, you should leave our website. Changes made after your purchase will not be applied to your order unless the change is due to the implementation of new laws.
2. PURCHASE
To make a purchase, it is not necessary to register; you can complete the purchase as a guest user. Simply select this option and finalize the purchase. All prices on the website are shown in euros and include the corresponding VAT. We commit to applying the current rates indicated on the website at the time of your purchase unless there is a manifest error in the price. Sceutical Innovation Lab reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as payment methods, as well as any other payment method announced on the website.
By entering payment details, the user confirms that the credit or debit card is their own or has been authorized by the cardholder. Once payment is made, the card issuer will verify the user's identity as well as the payment authorization. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to Sceutical Innovation Lab, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
We are committed to ensuring the security of our website for customers. All credit/debit card transactions are processed using a payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment.
7. TAXES
If you ask us to deliver products in Spain, the order will be subject to the corresponding rate in accordance with the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law.
8. WARRANTY
Provided you act as a consumer and user, we offer a warranty period of 2 years, during which we will be responsible for any lack of conformity, within the limits established by applicable regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (illustrations, texts, names, brands, images, videos, etc.) is the property of Sceutical Innovation Lab, or its collaborators. Any partial or total reproduction of the content by any procedure and on any medium is subject to prior and express authorization from Sceutical Innovation Lab. All information, content, or files on the website are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
The reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including the modality of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for any purpose, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Sceutical Innovation Lab, are expressly prohibited.
9. RETURNS
11.1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
a) Recognition and limitations
According to Spanish regulations, the right to return the product within 30 days without any justification is recognized.
However, the Law excludes this right when the acquired products fall into any of these categories:
Customized or made-to-order products.
Those that, once unsealed, are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons or because they have been inseparably mixed with other products.
Therefore, and given the nature of the products offered by Sceutical Innovation Lab, if the product does not convince you, do not unseal the acquired goods, or otherwise, we will reject your request.
b) Term and form
The deadline for returns expires 30 calendar days from the day you or a third party on your behalf received the product.

c) Effects
We will refund the value of the returned products (including taxes) within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the products and have verified that they are in their original condition.
Sceutical Innovation Lab does not cover return shipping costs.
If you have paid for shipping costs (customer-paid shipping option), the amount to be refunded will be what you paid for the returned products.
If shipping costs have been paid by Sceutical Innovation Lab (free shipping option), the amount to be refunded will be the amount of the returned products minus the corresponding shipping costs.
10. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you believe that the product you received does not conform to its original quality due to being incorrect or defective, you can contact us by email info@skinmoleculex.com, where you should detail the order reference and the damage suffered by the product to be returned.
You can return the product by delivering it to our transport company, which will collect the order at the address you have provided us.
Once we have received the returned product, we will examine it in accordance with your request, and we will inform you if a refund or replacement is appropriate.
We will process the refund or replacement of the item as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
You will receive the amount through the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item (unless these had been borne by Sceutical Innovation Lab under the free shipping option) and the return costs.
11. MODIFICATIONS

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Issues arising from differences between Sceutical Innovation Lab and the user regarding the interpretation, fulfillment, or validity of these General Conditions will be governed by their own clauses and, in what is not provided therein, in accordance with Spanish legislation, with the parties expressly submitting to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of Sceutical Innovation Lab.
The rights recognized by current regulations are reserved in case the contracting party is a consumer.
