Approaching thirty, I began to notice the first signs of aging. Fine lines, tired skin, hair loss and weak nails. Due to my scientific background, I knew that creams or topical treatments would not solve the problem, so I focused on a search for a more holistic approach to my beauty and health care.

I wanted to nourish my skin and hair from within. After trying many nutricosmetic products on the market, I realized that most of them were pills with very poor formulas that were also difficult to swallow and maintain continuity.

I made an effort to research and search for bioactive compounds that would really help me, I studied scientific publications on the subject and managed to find the most effective bioactive compounds against aging. I started taking 10 grams of marine collagen every day with hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10, vitamins A, B, C, E and minerals such as zinc, copper and selenium, and in 4 weeks my skin was firmer and significantly more hydrated and without acne.
