Beauty Innovation Days Awards 2024

Last week we attended the Beauty Innovation Days organized by the Beauty Cluster. The largest and most innovative group of companies in the cosmetic and personal care sector in Spain.

During these days, experts from the cosmetics and personal care industry gather to share their vision on cosmetic science and innovation. This year, the conference focused heavily on technology and R&D in skincare, self-care, and the importance of sustainability throughout the process.

We were very impressed by Foreo's presentation on technology applied to the skin to maximize personalization: AI skin analysis, shampoos capable of studying hair DNA and adapting...

Because innovation is not only in the product, it is also in the company and is key to the path towards cosmetic transformation.

Science and innovation: the words that define us

At a conference on science and innovation, SKIN MOLECULE X could not be absent. The best part of these days, in addition to all the ideas we gathered from the presentations, is that you always meet interesting people whom you admire, they give you advice and tell you anecdotes from their daily lives.

But that wasn't all, besides the fact that the content of the talks was super interesting, we had another reason to attend: we were nominated for the best innovative cosmetic startup at the Beauty Innovation Day Awards.

So, a bundle of nerves (we won't deny it), we attended the awards ceremony. We were nominated alongside Circe and Kemchain.

Innovation in cosmetics is essential to continue advancing in the search for effective solutions that meet consumer demands. At SKIN MOLECULE X, we are clear about this, which is why innovation is a constant in our activity.

The nomination for these awards for the most innovative cosmetic start-up is already a recognition in itself. Beyond winning the award or not, the best professionals in the sector recognized our innovative work and endorsed the great work behind the products you know.

An award for the hours of research, development for the creation of formulations... What is not visible at first glance, but is a vital part of our journey in this exciting path that is the science of beauty.

The award finally went to Circe, and from here we congratulate them on this award. We, on the other hand, take with us the satisfaction of being a finalist innovative start-up and the great experience we had, which has made us feel like true winners.

We came home with more science, more innovation, more R&D, new ideas to apply, and more energy to keep improving.

The path of an innovative startup is hard but always rewarding. Moving forward depends on continuing to develop the best products, continuing to invest in R&D, and always having your support.
