Let's start the year on the right foot by fulfilling our New Year's resolutions. Haven't made a list yet? Grab a pen and paper and jot down these resolution ideas for 2024.
Whether you stick to it or not, making these types of lists is a good exercise to organize your priorities. As you make it, you realize what you would like to do and don't (or don't do as much as you should). In the end, it's a reminder that, as always, we have time for everything except for ourselves.

5 RESOLUTIONS FOR 2024 THAT YOU MUST KEEP
Here's the list of resolutions for 2024 that we should all keep. We have 366 new opportunities this year to fulfill them, so there's no excuse.
1 Establish a daily wellness routine:
It was clear that this resolution had to be number 1. Dedicate at least 20-30 minutes a day to self-care. This can include activities like meditation, stretching, quiet reading, or any other activity that relaxes you and helps you disconnect from daily stress.

2 Prioritize sleep:
Establish a regular sleep schedule and ensure you get enough hours of sleep for your rest.
Quality sleep is essential for mental and physical health, so try to create a conducive environment for sleep and avoid distractions before bed (so yes, put your phone away before sleeping).

3 Learn a new hobby
Dedicate time to exploring something new that you're passionate about. It could be learning to play an instrument, practicing a sport, painting, cooking, or any other activity that brings you joy and allows you to break from your routine. It may sound cliché, and it will surely be on more than one resolution list for 2024, but every day counts!

Another alternative is to learn a new language; this will allow you to meet very interesting people and who knows, take the trip of a lifetime!
4 Don't neglect friendships
How many times have you said, "we should get together," but then it never happens? Dedicate time to strengthening your social relationships.

Schedule get-togethers with friends and loved ones, either in person or virtually. Strong personal and social relationships contribute to your overall well-being.
5 Adopt a consistent skincare routine
Your 2024 resolution list wouldn't be complete without including making ourselves more beautiful. Of course, we are firm believers that when you look good, you feel good.
