I've been taking it for a year now and I'm very happy with the results. I'm going to continue using it for longer because it's easy to take, delivers results, and tastes good. For me, it's all advantages. 

HOW DO YOU INCLUDE IT IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE?

I take it in the mornings as soon as I wake up. When I go into the kitchen to prepare breakfast, I go straight to the fridge and take the vial. In the summer, it's nice to have it cold, and with its good orange flavor, it's very pleasant to take in the mornings.
